You are cordially invited to get very rowdy at the launch event of Good Life Productions at the Hub Club on the 22nd November.
A bespoke outfit aimed at extracting the freshest, the unlikely and the renowned, we are committed to your audio pleasure.
Complete with a 17k Turbo soundsystem (the Grandaddy that spawned Funktion One) and a 7am license, for our first night, we are delighted to share with you the relentless sounds of Marko Nastic and deeper grooves of Markus Fix.
Making a very rare UK appearance, Serbian Dj and Exit stalwart, Marko Nastic has annually played the closing set of what has been widely acclaimed as Europe’s Best Festival, raising spirits to a pinnacle that is seemingly unattainable after 4 long days and nights of solid partying.
If one label currently represents the peerless sound coming out from the German hotbed of Techno, it would be Cecille. Established in 2007, it has taken just a year for their brand of deeper house and jazz tinged techno, epitomised by this summer’s immense ‘Nesrib‘ and ‘Trompeta‘, to become firmly planted in the playlists of Villalobos, Luciano et al. One of the original purveyors of Cecille, label mate Markus Fix has steadily gained a reputation as a true exponent of the Frankfurt scene, made (in) famous by gigs at the likes of Robert Johnson, Cocoon and his residency at cult club, Monza.
